- Place the target compute node into maintenance mode.
Note: Make sure that the VM instances in this node are migrated to other hosts or are in the shutdown state. - Log in to the compute node by accessing the display or using IPMI.
- Change the static IP address in the configuration file of the management NIC.
- Restart the network service.
- Log in to the Cloud, choose , and change the host IP address on the details page of the target host.
- Wait for the host to reconnect.
