You can send support ticket email with an attachment size limit of 15 MB.
If you want to send larger file(s), you may first upload your file(s) to a shared cloud drive (For example, Google Cloud, Dropbox, Onedrive, etc) and attach the link(s) in the support ticket email. For videos, you may upload to YouTube and share the link of the private / unlisted video with us.
